Covid-19 (Coronavirus) updates for Buffalo Laser Spa

We are open for business, we follow ALL CDC guidelines including social distancing, cleaning common areas with sterilizing solutions, keeping hands washed and sanitized and antibacterial gel for staff and clients. We are working hard to keep our office clean and sterilized. Give us a call for a treatment!

We are open on a limited basis for the next few months all by appointment only, please no walkins. Give us a call at 716-817-5544.

NYS and the CDC has limited what and how we can perform our services on clients. First, we are not allowed to work on our clients face around the mouth area. We can however work on chin and neck areas. No waiting in our reception area per New York State and the CDC. We are taking extraordinary steps to assure clients and staffs safety. Keep checking this website for updates. Thank you for your patience, we are very appreciative of you our clients patience during these extraordinary times.

Staff is constantly calling clients to get you on the schedule.

Please note that all of our staff has been tested for Covid-19. We are taking every precaution possible to have a safe environment for you our clients!

Please support us, your local laser spa over the big national chains. We appreciate your business and do not treat you like a number. We have been in the laser business for over 20 years which is longer than the national chains who come and go out of business.

All Hours are by Appointment Only – Please No Walk Ins – Monday 10am to 430pm, Tuesday 930 am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 430pm Thursday 9am to 630pm, Friday 10am to 4pm  & Saturday 9am to at least 1pm hours are available by appointment only – no walk-ins please.

ALL CLIENTS & EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR A FACE MASK & FOLLOW NYS SCREENING GUIDELINES (our staff will go over the guidelines when you arrive for your scheduled appointment).

As a team of trained medical professionals, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for our patients in the Buffalo area. We know that now, moving forward, our commitment to your safety is even more important to you.

Rigorous infection control procedures have always been at the core of everything we do at Buffalo Laser Spa. While continuing to meet the traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we will also be implementing new, additional safety protocols.

New Buffalo Laser Spa Office Protocols: What to Expect

The next time you come into our laser spa office in Williamsville, you may notice some of these new safety protocols. For example, we might:

  • Waiting room is closed due to NYS regulations of Phase 3 opening guidelines.
  • Be wearing additional personal protection equipment (face shields)
  • You must wear a mask to your appointment for service
  • Ask to take yours and other patients’ temperatures on arrival
  • Ask you to wash your hands for thirty seconds
  • Request that you wait in the treatment room or your vehicle instead of the waiting room

Please note that these are only examples of the new protocols. As the situation changes, the protocols we follow may change as well.
